Dr. Barrantes graduated from Freed-Hardeman University with a bachelor's degree in biology before earning her doctorate at Southern College of Optometry.
She then completed a residency in ocular disease at the Memphis VA Medical Center, developing additional experience in the treatment and management of medical eye conditions.
