Dr. Richard Buck attended the University of Arkansas for undergrad and graduated from Southern College of Optometry.
Dr. Buck has been dedicated to providing quality family eye care in Memphis, Tennessee, since 1976. He offers a truly unique optometric concept by providing eye care services seven days a week. His friendly, honest and forthright manner of dealing with people from all walks of life on a one-on-one basis has made Dr. Buck a leader in his field.
Dr. Buck has been a foremost advocate of fair business practices and community-minded ventures and he is highly regarded throughout the area. Dr. A.E. Pressman
Dr. A.E. Pressman has more than 50 years of experience in the practice of optometry. A graduate of the University of North Carolina and Southern College of Optometry, he has been involved in primary care optometry in Memphis and Chattanooga, Tennessee.
The scope of his practice includes contact lens fitting, covering a wide range of lenses, from conventional daily wear contact lenses, disposable contact lenses, soft toric lenses for those patients with higher amounts of astigmatism, and soft bifocal contact lenses, as well as rigid gas permeable contact lenses both single vision and bifocal. He is certified to prescribe glasses, contacts, and medications for ocular diseases.
Dr. Pressman is dedicated to providing the highest standards of professional eye care service to the whole family from pediatric to geriatric, using the latest equipment and advanced technology. Dr. Pressman was selected for Master Eye Associates because of his experience, his expertise, his reputation, and his great personality. Our patients just love him.
Dr. Courtney Kessler
Dr. Courtney Kessler graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.S. in biology. She then received her doctorate from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis.
Her scope of practice includes basic eye exams with contact lens fittings and more extensive examinations dealing with diseases of the anterior and posterior portions of the eye. She has worked with patients as young as six months of age up to geriatrics.
Dr. Kessler of Master Eye Associates currently resides in Piperton, Tennessee, with her husband Brad, and son Charlie.
Dr. Katherine West
Dr. Katherine West graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a bachelor’s of science in biology. She received her optometric degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis. While at SCO, she received hands-on training in all aspects of optometric care including primary care, contact lenses, ocular disease, low vision, vision therapy, and pediatrics. She is licensed to diagnose and treat both vision and medical eye conditions as well as prescribed glasses and contact lenses.
Dr. West currently resides in Memphis, and is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Tennessee Association of Optometric Physicians.
